Impacted Families
Our Story
Pennsylvania CARES Initiative was born out of personal lived experiences. Our founders understand the unique struggles justice-impacted families face. They saw a need for a support system that can provide resources, guidance, and love. We stand as a testament to resilience and perseverance. We’re not just a non-profit organization; we’re a family, a force for change.
Our Philosophy
At Pennsylvania CARES Initiative, our philosophy is rooted in empathy, resilience, and community. We value the strength it takes to overcome adversity and build a better future. We believe in the power of collaboration, working hand-in-hand with law enforcement, local government, and businesses in the community, to create a more supportive and understanding society.

Our Services
We are excited to offer comprehensive support programs for justice-impacted families. Our services will provide resources and scholarships for children of incarcerated parents, family counseling, support groups, consultation, re-entry, educational and job training workshops, and community events to help navigate the challenges fractured families face, so they can reach their full potential.
